Is the TACHO needle supposed to zip up to 7K rpm when you switch on? mines a K6 pointy and doesnt do this. Cant say Ive noticed if it ever did but have bought some blue leds to fit to the clocks and the instructions with them say the needle is supposed to go to 7K rpm then drop to zero. Im just wondering if Ive buggered something when I fitted my alarm, havent attemted the led fit yet.
Any ideas? Cheers Frazer Last edited by remf179; 01-06-07 at 09:57 PM. Reason: **** up ! |

My pointy doesn't have a speedo needle, it has a digital speedo. I think you mean the tacho needle.

My K6 doesnt do the "mystic needle" dance either.
Blue LED's on the clocks - how wonderfully Chav. Now if they were Red, that would be something completely different ![]()

K6 pointy here, needle doesn't move when the ignition comes to life, didnt start the engine but don't think it does it then either
