In a continuation from this thread I have been working on Helga most of today, mainly to get her ready for the AR but also to find out why the hell I have no rear cylinder spark.
Now this is what I have done so far...
Plus I would like to say if this don't get sorted I ain't coming to the AR ![]() Last edited by Grinch; 27-06-07 at 03:44 PM. |

Broken / damaged HT lead? Have you tried swapping it with one from the other SV?

OK, rain has stopped play and now I'm not getting any spark anywhere. Back to the manual.
I would but its not ready yet, yes its running but it has no MOT or tax. Plus it needs another week of work to get it to riding standard. Thanks for the offer... |

You don't need to drop the oil out, if you have the bike upright - on a stand for instance, a bit will spill but you'll only require a top up when you're done.
Alternatively lay it on the grass/a blanket/etc and none will be lost.
