Im after someone who can get me accessories which are available in the US. They are much cheaper than we can get over here and are offered a much wider range and in better colours!

Whatcha looking for? Bear in mind that the shipping and potential for taxes imposed on them when they hit your customs might make it not worth while for you.

as above. Remember they are so much cheaper as they dont have Vat on them. So if the part is over £35 (i think is the limit for a gift) then add 17.5% to the price plus shipping. Most companies now wont send as gifts and delivery companies like UPS will charge you the taxes when the goods are delivered.
Postage can be very expensive when insured. I paid 95 dollars for a small parcel a few weeks back to get it here insured. Also remember that if you have any problems with the parts then you wont get any warranty. I did notice being a suzuki dealer myself that there is more choice in the states, i understand most of the UK accessories come through Germany and that they are TUV approved and licenced to be sold in the UK. I understand the american parts arent. |
