Been getting busy with me dremel.





Next is to make a template from it once I have cleaned the edges a bit to get the other side the same.

Interesting, don't you think it's going to flap in the wind without the rad mount?

Well it would only be that bit that would flap, the rest is secured to the front fairing mount, so should be just fine. So I now have a 'quarter' fairing.

Not at the moment, though this weekend I shall hopefully doing some work on it. So will take some pics then.

Well due to the naff weather its been delayed a tad, though I was out with the compressor and the sander today after working on a Aprilia Caponard to sand the panels down and its looking nice, taking my time though I am. Next I need to plastic weld a few bits and make sure it lines up with the main fairing, maybe sand that to. Hoping to get a few clear days for that next week.

Still a bit unsure as I might need to trim the front below the lights and air scoop a bit more to make the lines flow better.
