Also AA have done bikes since i was a lad 26 years ago! They use to call it the Rider Club back then.

Right I've decided I'm finally going to fork out for break down. I trust my bike to behave for me, but I occasionally go two up now and wouldn't want it to let us down.

My insurance company sold me break down cover (provided through RAC) for £30-£35 (cant remember exactly.

I used it yesterday. The battery/ starter motor was weak. Their first unit arrived bang on time as they suggested over the phone. It took me a while to get to the bike as i had moved away. The RAC driver incidently was finishing his shift at the time so he drove off. The next unit took 2.5 hours to arrive.

It took 2.5 hours the second time because it was peak time then unlike the first time. I have no problems recommending them.

im with greenflag( ithink) provided by churchil. level something or other cover £80-£85 to cover me in any vehicle. Steep but I was already paying £70 and it was £15 to upgrade

Full AA personal cover for car and bike, also the free service from Carole Nash was very nice too
