No, loads of newspapers and websites say so, take a look around.

I think I read it in the MCN first than confirmed it through other sources.

There is always a reason behind these things especially relaxation of rules.

I would imagine they would be more likely to pull you to get the money in.

I have noticed the speed camera vans round here have started appearing again after at least a year off.

Of course he was being sarcastic, he used the words "Daily Mail" and "must be true" in the same sentence. Still, in fairness to the Daily Flail, one of the 237 things they claim will kill us every week must come true eventually

Let me go ask the newsagent across the road which tabloid I picked up about April time and then I'll let you know. Given I started the thread and asked a question, which turned out to be correct, the possibility that I did actually read about it is pretty high.
