That means I need to get the bike back pronto then. Just sitting in the hospital waiting to see someone about my neck, as its getting tighter. Well have to draft in some mates to help shove it in a van then tomorrow hopefully.

Its going to be a costly crash methinks, but I do thank the lucky stars that I can sit here and live to see another day unfold. Thanks for all your support, and once I find out the extent of the bikes injuries will update this post.

Injuries are a 1" cut knee - due to wearing normal jeans, and bit of a stiff neck at the moment.

Jeans on a motorway? You are one lucky fella, to still have a leg to have a small cut on!!!

Gutted about losing your bike, but it could have been soooooo much worse.

Glad you're still in one piece!!! Can't quite make out where you were when you came off - going round the corner on the slip road? Do you know what happened to cause the off?

Yes me too, as looking back on it I could've been in a bad state to say the least.

Yes, just as I came off the slip road, and hitting the corner, it just came up on me a little too quickly while breaking & steering trying to get round it - then like a rabbit in headlights I saw the central reservation coming, closer and closer, then the rest is what you see in the image.

Hopefully, I'll be posting some more pics up tomorrow - as I don't want to be paying through the roof for storage at the recovery garage.

I know that bend well! It tempts you in after a lovely usually empty section of m25, looks good as you peel of onto the slip road but it tightens up to double back, and is often covered in carp. Nearly caught me out a couple of times. Poor road layout and visibility, glad your ok least you can say that you've had your knee down now! GWS
