Full pay, for an indefinite or at the least, a decent amount of time, should you have an off.
I have to say, much as I dislike the place I work in, they're paying me to sit at home and nurse a broken clavicle right now, and as the missus is a full-time mother, home educator and house-wife, we'd have been quite some way up the creek right now. Discounted everything bike related.
Get to ride whatever bikes are around that are taxed/registered Subsidised drinks and food in the cafe area Free use of company workshops for servicing my own bike, and I can stamp the service book. I get to do what I love i.e. talk crap all day about bikes. Great salary

i got my picture taken with jimmy savile on friday and then HRH princess anne turned up.
not really a perk but made the job a bit more novel
