Hehe yes it is, thanks.
I've been working from home this afternoon as the office was just unbearable. Just finished work a few minutes ago and am now settled with cup of tea enjoying WSBK recorded yesterday so much happier now ![]() |

Yes feeling a bit better today.
My knee is much better today, might even risk a go on the bike tommorow. We've just had a fire alarm test which turned into a fire drill which was quite amusing. (I think the button stuck ! ![]() ![]() |

Re: the knee pains... Dunno if you have any sort of serious troubles as mentioned in people's previous posts but I get excruciating pain in my knees every now and then - very similar to what you described - and it usually coincides with me sitting a lot of the day with my feet wrapped around the base of my chair at work.
If I start doing this, I start getting unexpected pains while I'm up and aboot. Pains that nearly drop me. As a simpler solution, make sure you're not sitting in a funny way at work. ![]() |
