Me and maria made a pudding for tonight; swiss roll cut up and 125ml of orange juice added. Add some mashed-up raspberries ontop.

Take a put of double cream, and whisk it up. Add half of this to half a tin of custard, and mix well. Add this custard/cream mix to the bowl ontop of whats in there already, then add the remaining cream on top. Finall, add some more raspberries ontop.

Stick it in the fridge and serve when you are ready for it..

Hehe yes it is, thanks.
I've been working from home this afternoon as the office was just unbearable.
Just finished work a few minutes ago and am now settled with cup of tea enjoying WSBK recorded yesterday so much happier now

Unfortunately about 3 seconds after my last post, the phone rang again and I ended up working for another few hours !

Finally got to watch the racing at about 10:00 pm. Phone switched off, beer in hand. Race 2 was indeed a cracker

Supersport 600 was a good one too, shame about Fujiwara (he wears a tricky replica helmet ) Craig Jones did ok too.

LOL

get another phone line, and leave the work-one off the hook

WSBK races like that are too good to be missed, they must become a numero uno priority.

Anyway, your sounding cheery today tricky dont overdo it by consuming the suggestedicecream and cake, it'll be like taking 10,000 LSD all in one go!

Yes feeling a bit better today.
My knee is much better today, might even risk a go on the bike tommorow.

We've just had a fire alarm test which turned into a fire drill which was quite amusing. (I think the button stuck ! ). This building is beyond a joke !

Re: the knee pains... Dunno if you have any sort of serious troubles as mentioned in people's previous posts but I get excruciating pain in my knees every now and then - very similar to what you described - and it usually coincides with me sitting a lot of the day with my feet wrapped around the base of my chair at work.

If I start doing this, I start getting unexpected pains while I'm up and aboot. Pains that nearly drop me.

As a simpler solution, make sure you're not sitting in a funny way at work.
