I'm not even going there. This is one thread that Jo most definitely does not need to see.

Biking is a reasonably inexpensive hobby. especially when you work where I did.
2 full tanks of petrol and a mousetrap. I just havent had chance to be out much this year, anyway, new job and new year ahead ![]() The dearest thing I bought was a new fuel tank and a tail tidy. |

About £9k due to a new bike, insurance (£1000), tyres and some new clothing.
If I hadn't spent it on the bike, it would have been spent on a woman. So at least I can sleep easy knowing it wasn't wasted. |

Over here, I think the damage has to run to about 2 or 2 and a half - not counting the finance on the bike ![]() |

New Naked SV K6: £4000
Belly pan and hugger: £400 Insurance: £180 f.comp (at 44 I'm considered "mature" by the insurers!!!) Fuel: 3000 miles @ ~50mpg: £ not much But, my sister traded in her Harley 883 Sportser for a Harley 1200 Custom (££££) ... and the value of seeing her perpetually wallowing in my mirrors ... £ priceless ... (actually, she's great and we're touring the Black Forest in the Spring but I have to admit the Harley is not my choice of bike!!!) Last edited by Neil63; 21-12-07 at 11:23 PM. |
