Paul the 6th down but not out (nothing to do with the bike)
I was making a cup of tea when I heard the phone ringing in the office. I ran full pelt towards the (closed) office door, only for my hand to miss the handle. I bounced back about 6 feet and landed on my ar$e...My shoulder's hurting a bit but I think I'll be alright. Just a bit gutted no one was around to see it - what a waste...

nearly as bad as my chair crash a couple of years back
 - my office chair popped out of its base and the chair and I crashed onto the floor - I was covered in bruises!
