Default 52 plate curvey 650

Right i've found a lovely 650 curvey with a 52 plate, in the black with 5800 miles on the clock, £2500 from my dads old biking mate and to the untrained eye it looks clean as buggery. What do i need to look out for?

Cheers!

It's expensive, especially for a naked, but then it's the last nice SV Very low miles too. But, that's not always a blessing, 5000 miles in 5 years isn't very much at all, and a forgotten bike's generally in worse condition than a used bike. So, that's where I'd be directing my efforts, finding out if it's been parked for long durations or just used for weekend blasts once a month, I'd much sooner it was the latter since most of the time when a bike gets parked up it doesn't get parked up right.

I think it's worth paying more for a really good example, if you plan to coddle it... If you're going to use it, then better to find a cheaper one that's already been used I think, a minter's going to look the same as a used example after a couple of winters.

I picked my '52 Curvy up last year - with 4400 miles. In absolutly top condition (same as you say, just weekend sunny use) for £1900. So as others have said, it is a bit pricey.
