aye just had a thought maybe we should try beginners luck with them studs.....it worked on them choke cables if ya remember

anyway you still haven't learnt to make brews in my house yet, so i think its only fair you make em in yours....lol

Just remember its £50 a bolt to get them spark eroded out.

I did make a brew at yours once, and I'm the one doing the spannering, so pfffft, you make the brews.

If they're studs with nuts I'd just split the nuts, or Dremel them off, then run a die down the threads and put them back the way they were with a good dollop of high temp copper grease on the threads and brass nuts. I did this to my mates early Hinckley Triumph a while back and they were fine when the exhaust needed to come off a few years later.

If you've got the cheese cap-head bolts that Suzuki fit as standard, or hex head ones, then you're in for fun and games involving heat and Plus-gas, with a possible appearance from drills and taps.

Get them out and stick some exhaust studs in with brass nuts.
