Sorry to hear this! From that pic it looks like you have all the evidence you need to show she pulled out on to you - her car is on your front wheel, she could only do that by driving over your bike. She might suggest you braked, low sided and the wheel slid under there...of course, then there will be appropriate damage to the bike/leathers & marks on the road ...which of course there aren't.

Knee seems to be working, bit sore and a lot slower at present, Jambo came by and helped strip the frontend and straighten everything a bit so bikes ok'ish for now.
