So sorry to hear of your loss, I lost my cat after 14 years, as moved house he then went missing, searched for him for 6 weeks he was found, but in a terrible way, the only option I had was to put him too sleep then a month later my beloved dog (10 years old) got diagnosed with cancer cut a very long story short had to put her too sleep last March the worst six months of my life.
Now have 2 crazy cats

Really sorry and my heart goes out to you... i had to have one of my cats put to sleep 2 months ago, he had cancer but it broke my heart to do it. He was 15 and i`ve never had a cat like him, my other cat hasn`t stopped howling since. Can`t imagine how painful it must have been to have actually had to witness the accident. R.I.P. Max x

omg, that musta been tuff - they so become a part of who we are its hard to let them go.. as some say, they are only on "loan" to us to brighten our days.... the happy memories will keep the pain at bay in the future...

yes it was very tuff, hardest thing I've ever had to do, as everything I did revolved around Roxy (Dog). Jak (cat) well he just liked doing his own thing.
Memories are great and good to have.
Really hope your not too sad for too long.

thanks... I can understand u other kitty looking for him as Harvey has been "looking" for Max too... sniffing max's chair... (Harvey has a permanently sad face, but i'm sure i noticed a wee bit more sadness today)

i think they understand more than we expect / appreciate they do.
