Go for a walk to the nearest greasy spoon. Big fry up and plenty of fluids. Gotta replace the water and salt that alcohol removes from your body.

1st of all get a pint of tea
2nd drag mattress and duvet into sitting room 3rd get crisps , banana, nuts , pepsi max and place them next to make shift bed. These should be utilised throughout the next few hours whenever you need to. 4th place Columbo into dvd and watch After the 3 or 4th episode get a lass to give you a head rub for 15 minutes...then politely ask them to leave the room Watch more Columbo until body is sorted....should be around 5 and by 7ish you will be ready for a good Friday session. Has worked for me on many occasions...hopefully it will be some use to you |

I usually get up for a bit, have a cup of tea and force down some food and paracetomol and then go back to bed for a bit. If I'm not ok by lunchtime then it was a bad'un.
