Because some time ago when the same village was posted by somebody from the Essex Forum complete with map as proof and he is Austrian a moderator caused so much stink over it,pointing out the U rating of the forum that this person took it personally and dropped out of the scene.
Apparently a year on it is OK to post, sorry mate but that just reeks of double standards. If you are not part of the "In crowd" you get different treatment on here. I have done all the growing up I need to thank you but I believe the same rules should apply to everybody and your clever comments don't help considering the post was removed and I thanked the Moderator concerned, so go and take your big wooden spoon someplace else.
I never took offense the first time round or the second ,I have actually been there, its the inconsistency of moderating that I was pointing out

Personally I'd rather the post or thread was reported and left to be dealt with by a mod / admin. Rather than starting a thread like this, it doesnt do anybody any favours and causes a bad atmosphere.

Its difficult to mod a thread like that, stuff gets missed or the mods not online for a while and we can be everywhere all of the time.
