OK ive settled at £1725 with them but i'm really in 2 minds wheather to buy it back or not.

They calculate it at 32% of the figure they offered me, so that £550 odd quid by my reckoning.

Any opinions???

Nope, £350 excess come out of the figure they give me OK i'll probably get my excess back down the line when they make the other guy pay up but right now i need a bike to get about on and i gotta think about being able tp sell it in a few months when the weathers nice again, hmmmm.
