I paid way way more than that for mine less than 12 months ago.... private sale.no dealer

My dad says the same thing, and no doubt when I get to ride it when the weather is warmer, I too shall sing from the rooftops about what a great bike they are

I had a K2 600 which I could ride all day in comfort (the SV gave me dead bumcheek ache after 3 or 4 hours). The K6 I have now isn't as comfy but Ogden's K4/K5 is lovely. £3800 is a fair price, hope you sell it soon

I am always quite impressed by the seating position on gsxr750's, its not as racey as the 600. feels quite comfy...bit more racey than the SV, but not a stupid amount. And sooo light.

That's the lovely thing about the 750 - there isn't a suitable race class for it anymore so it doesn't have to try to be the sportiest thing around. It's just a very, very good road bike.

Wouldn't say it's particularly light though - compared to the other toy in the garage it feels like it's made of solid lead!
