or £3.35 if you make two with one chicken breast (this is for people who eat normal amounts of food)

takes 5mins to make, tastes great

Wack the pita in the toaster, and turn once brown to get the other side, this will also open it up so the filling is easier.

while this is browning, chicken in the pan, dash of olive oil and the peri peri sauce. I use this sauce becasue it actaully has some flavour rather than the normal nandos sauce. Its aprox medium/hot on the nadnos scale, but that is a mild scale so dont be scared!

pita should be done, slice it open and butter it with the mayo, no need to use butter, and it wouldnt taste good. so dont do it.
Throw in a handfull of iceburg lettus. I find that the stuff in bags taste so much sweeter than actually buying a whole lettus. try it if you havent yet. also slice up a tomato and put it in too. then chop the pineapple ring and, yep, put that in the pita too.

The chicken should be cooked now, chop open a couple of bits to make sure they are white and not pink. people seem to over cook chicken and kill the flavour/texture becasue they are scared of undercooking it. dont worry, and dont destroy the chick. just check it before you turn off the hob!

wack that in the pita and enjoy with a glass of your favorate beverage!

Simple and 1/3 of price of the equivalant at nados

* pricing done of buying packs and potions priced up, from my asda (I actaully did this yesterday)
