Sounds like a challenge!!

Have to say you guys, I was mightily impressed with Lissa for clinging onto the pillion like limpet while we blasted round the Kinlochleven loop, there's more bumps and jumps on that road than straight bits. Then I stopped to wait at the end still not believing Pete and Lissa had done that two up, and who comes fleeing over a blind hump (?), but MissYC clinging onto YC for dear life! You two ladies on pillion need a bravery medal! My wife would have had the divorce papers signed before we got back to Ballahulish

That loop was f##king ace, we got stuck for one part of it behind some people who were faffing, but woohoo!

Twisty bits, then lots of bits to make wheelies really easy

That is quite possibly one of the best compliments I've had in a while

However one flaw. "Clinging on for dear life" would imply I was not enjoying it and desperate to get off, which couldn't be further from the truth, that road was amazing, YC and me couldn't stop grinning like a right pair of idiots the rest of the day

Ahh, happy happy memories Ralph.

I'm still not sure if I'd have preferred to be on my old SV on that road though. The YC's showed how it could be done 2 up. It was hard work trying to get anywhere near the front runners, but what fun.

Roll on the hazy crazy days of summer.

yeah but what you seem to forget is that you have that giant snowplough on the back so you'll only succeed in covering the back of your reg plate.........you need a tail tidy for that one to do it proper like...

Don't give him any ideas, ferchrisstsake... He'll be off with your drainpipes and cackling down the road before you know he's read it.

What YC forgets DB is that our bikes will more than likely be filthy after all those miles anyway and a bucket of water and a sponge will bring it back to like new, whereas, if, by some fickle finger of fate, YC's bike should suddenly sprout another clean patch, it'll will take another 100 years of leaving it in a peat bog to get the same patina.

I've just realised which shiny SV has a nice tail plume when driven through rain cause theres no snow plough on the back....... perhaps if I ride in front of him his bike can get a jet wash

But that would mean you have to get in front of me, and stay there. Good luck with that.
