Not wanting to sound at all old and disrespectful, but if a cute 21 year old blonde policewoman wanted to have words with me I'd probably be quite condescending, along the lines of "Run along little girl, I think I can hear your mummy calling you".

At which point I would probably be slighty annoyed (and bored after hearing it for the last 3 years) and I instead of the warning you probably would have gotten, I would book you with every offence I could find!

After 3 years service, I'm used to dealing with people who attempt to be condescending....
