Winners so far are a scrunched up cheque for £30.01 so they have to refund me, the same but with the added pleasure of using as toilet roll prior to sending it off, 3000 cheques for 1p, or the pee soaked pennys - although it says you can only pay by post or telephone so it's cost me a fortune to send the pennys.

I thought a speeding fine was £60 and 3 points.

Luckily for me, it was a false alarm and i never got a speeding ticket.

I don't speed
It was for a 'defective exhaust'.

No. it had a hole in which he reckoned was for a baffle, but the exhaust was never made to house a baffle the hole was there to fit an after market DB killer. But tbh if I took it to court and they had looked into it properly the exhaust probably was very slightly too loud. Moral of the story is put a sticker over where it says not for road use or over any holes (like the other bikes he pulled did, thick *******). Or atleast take the riveted plate off your can that says the brand and replace it with one stamped 'suzuki' then take it to court with a standard can on and lie through your teeth lol. The only steps they take to stop you doing a swaperoo is writing down the make of exhaust.

Surely thats quite a risk of getting caught? At the end of the day it is just £30, but altering the exhaust itself is surely a more serious offence. When i get my SV, i'll be riding without a baffle knowing and accepting the fact that if i get caught i will have to pay the £30.

yeah lol I was joking.
The other bikes he was pulling didn't have baffles in, apparently they don't know what a baffle looks like the thing he was actually looking for was a sign that a baffle had been removed. He saw a hole and came to that conclusion.

Thats not very good if he doesnt even know what hes looking for to issue fines...
Did you know in america they have no rules on exhaust noise. You can ride without a can if you wanted.
