I prefer rider to biker, and so I would probably choose lady rider.
Or even motorcyclist.

as some others have stated I dont see what gender has to do with it. Im a biker (part time). Im part of ladies only bike forum and we are mostly classed as female riders which I prefer to biker. My days of being classed as a bike are well over. I always think of gorgeous skinny blonds when phrase biker babe or chick is used and 99% of the time this is wrong, disappointment ensues. So ramble over - female rider would be my preferred title.

I reckon the only time chick doesn't sound a bit derogatory in the context of riding is when it's used for the purposes of rhyming in the rather flattering phrase, "quick chick".
NB: Despite not being a girl, I feel entitled to comment on this thread on account of having a girl's name and riding a girl's bike.
