Default Value my bike please.

i've been thinking about selling my sv for the past week just wondering what it's worth i want a ktm sm but cash is limited insurance is cheaper at about £200 aswell mine's a 07 k6 with roughly 7.5k on the clock i just don't seem to use it as much as my old kwak no idea why it's a cracking bike just not me.

probably £2400-£2750 depending on condition

what KTM you looking at? 950/990 or a proper one

hopefully closer to the 2.7k mark i hope it's a minter err been perving up a lc4 640 supermoto i've heard they are a loon machine and it sound's like just the bike to get me fired up on bike's again.

don't bother with the 640, the 625 is better (much better carb) and the 660 is better still with carb+cams but no electric start

there as rare as rocking horse poo round here though first one i've seen that's achievable money wise is there anything in particular that's wrong with the 640 is it fi i know very literally masses of nothing about them.

not really, it's just limp wristed compared to the 625, they're rare because they're so much better

how would it stack up to say a 644 or a drzsm these are the other two i would be looking at.

is the 644 the CCM?

644 probably similar to the 640, 625 will be noticably quicker

DRZ won't get close to any of them

or if you're a real man you buy a racing four stroke KTM and enjoy having the same power but a third less weight:

yeah the ccm i do like them aswell i'm not after racing them or anything just want some thing a bit nutty for the backroad's and to ride to work on(which i do now with the sv).if thats your ktm then it look's feckin sweet.

i might be able to get a bit more for the sv by getting it back to standard as there's a titanium scorched fuel can on it a belly pan i have a set of unused renthal bars pre drilled for the sv switchgear a set of ktech spring's and oil new and a unused but out of packet puig tail tidy.
