29 years old
height - 5"5 weight - 53kg 72bpm Non-smoker, rarely drink (maybe 1 single vodka a month, if that) I would say in terms of fitness, I've been fitter but blame my heart rate on the fact that i'm hyperactive and never bloody stop lol and breath ......................relax!! ommmmm |

My Grandad has very low blood pressure and has had a heart attack and his resting heart rate is around 40 bpm - it seems heart attacks can cause you to have a slow heart, but I don't know the science behind it!

10 in 10 seconds -> 60 bpm
somewhere around 63 kg 5 ft 6 Last two times I went to the doctor (each time for that sign up medical) they've each said about high blood pressure this n'that, irregular heart beat the other blah blah blah & the need to come back rather soon for more tests. I figure what do they know? I'm not dead. rule of thumb: if it hurts, rub some beer on it. |
