lol, i'm not a fan of group riding (never done it). gossiping, however, is a different matter

gossip is always good. lovely day. Libby had a lovely time eating her shoes. Kept waiting for Stu to fly past me but he didnt. Stu, hope you were just looking at my big butt and not assessing my poor riding lol.

tara - I know I advised you to get lots of sleep now while you can, I did not mean at antenatal class lol. Hope you learnt lots and are not dreading labour so much - piece of cake. lol

well lets sum it up - stay at home as long as possible (strongly recommends water birth or home births) practice breathing, and lie on your left side to get the baby into position.

i only nearly fell asleep because the room was so hot. it was all a bit sureal she didn't recommend pethadine or an edpidural and recommends a TENS machine or gas and air. she made it seem like a good experience and not painful just enduring we shall see

but yes i'm still terrified
