Crap day at work... or summing work up on a facebook thing that hundreds of people can read and laugh or start making comments on/stirring...

If im bored at work or have had a rubbish day.. i just say not really bothered... boss, or family nowadays. And down the pub, to me theres a big difference between posting on something like facebook to what you just say to one or two people pirvatley... anything i'd ever say is something i'd bring up with or say to my bosses face first. Unless it was one bad day... but again i wouldnt start slagging offf the people who pay my wage.

Surely you see my point... it's just plain disrispectful... and if someone did that we could get 1 of another 10-15 people who ring up every few months wanting that same job.

the 2nd link doesnt explain the full story really and looks one sided. it doesnt say what was exactly posted on facebook. its easy to say she just posted saying she was bored but what context was it wrote in. saying shes bored and glad the day is over is different to saying im bored which i had different job this company is c**p blah blah blah

i agree it does really depend on the context it was used in.

I dont agree with bosses taking action for whats been said on a website tbh...could you imagine the number of our own Orgers who'd get sacked for being on here as much as they are during the day for example.

However i would also be descreet enough not to put something in writing that i wouldnt want used against me....especially if you then allow colleagues or bosses access to where you wrote it.

Don't add anyone on facebook which has power over your job...simplez!

Plus, in a similar vein of thought...don't add close relatives (parents)...!

I had a feeling it would all go wrong, besides I didnt know what had happened so I tend to keep out of things I have no idea about.
