In fairness, I think everyone is wishing for warm weather, this is the coldest winter I can remember for sometime. I should know, I've been about for a while

1. Having another baby with Mrs Boot (hopefully)
2. Being made redundant (hopefully) 3. Getting to an .org rideout 4. Being more creative 5. Not buying any disposable items 6. Getting a young black lab pup 7. Being less cynical (might save that for next year though) 8. Making more things 9. Winning the lottery (December) 10. Getting to the end of a month with some money left in the pot 11. Finding some land to start growing our own stuff to become self sufficient in food 12. Discovering where the patience went, that I had for doing domino rally when I was a kid, and applying it to life 13. Foraging 14. Finding someone to swap exhaust end can with as the blue on a black bike doesn't look cool (anyone?) 15. De-ristriction (December) |

Yep indeedy - Autumn has Totsbots Bamboozles that are made of bamboo which is more absorbent, softer and naturally antibacterial compared to cotton. They mostly have a 30deg wash but occasionally get a 60deg. Hanging on the line in the sun removes stains.

I'm with Ed! Disposable all the way! Less mess, less germs, less smell, less work! If ever there were a good reason to cut down a tree, this is it! I don't mind going green, but green and brown are two different colors! We could all start riding horses again. Would certainly use less of the earth's resources and produce less pollution. But just like washing diapers would be a step backwards in civilization IMHO.
