I know there are plenty of threads already, I just want to explain my plan and if I forgot something or if there would be any additional advise. I have a 2002 Curvy and this would be a little project for the winter.
The plan: - Buy the TWF bearing - SRAD top and bottom yokes - GSXR K0-3 forks - GSXR K0-3 axle - GSXR K0-3 wheel - GSXR K0-3 discs and calipers - GSXR K0-3 fender - TL1000S clip-ons - 120/70 front tire to compensate for the shorter forks - Speedo to the rear - take a mm or so off the ignition bolt - Powder coat the rear wheel black as the GSXR front, possibly paint the fender - Check if the standard GSXR springs (0.78 ) are stiff enough (racetech advise for my and bikes weight 0.85). - Sell my SV front end (2002 preload adjustable with progressive springs ![]() Is there anything I've forgotten?

You might need to space calipers in a bit
You already have that dust seal on your bike, no need to buy another. I think you over simplify the "put speedo to rear" step

Why is that exactly, cause of matching the SRAD yokes with the GSXR forks? basically the whole front end will be GSXR K0-3 except for the yokes.

Think about what calipers care about WRT discs... first being in right position radially... that is no problem 'cos you are matching disc and fork (320mm dia disc aye, SRAD ones are the same too FYI). But axially... the caliper must sit around the disc... if it is too far in or out it will foul (especially with new pads).
So distance between forks is controlled by yokes but affects caliper to disc fit. Maybe you would even be better using SRAD wheel as it may (fairly sure it has) have a wider hub to make up for the greater width of yoke. You may even use SRAD spindle too. TBH without measuring everything it is hard to say... wait for someone who has done it... or just bolt it all up (before you strip SV down!!) and see whether it fits. that is best way ![]()

![]() Druid [1] But then I had the 'charcoal grey' wheels rather than silver and there wasn't a lot of difference between them and the black 'busa/SRAD wheel.

IIRC SRAD are wider than K0-3, certainly the SRAD wheel won't fit K6-8 (actually it might *just* but it'd be very tight).
Best is to stick with an entire front end. Er have you got any TLS bars yet? I seem to have 4 (two sets) which I'm planning on selling. Druid

SRAD keeps steering lock and such though, and has been done to work well with K1-3 forks which are a bit nicer.

I chose the K0-3, because it is available, has a stiffer spring than SRAD (0.78 vs 0.75) and the fender looks less agricultural. Quote:

Yup that's the idea.

here is a good chart.
http://www.twfracing.com/vbforums/showthread.php?t=529 i'd be inclined to get forks brakes and yokes put them on and measure. but as chris said srad wheel will most likely fit. |

As per
![]() and ![]() k0-3 forks and wheel bearings are 7mm narrower than SRAD, would probably be easier with an SRAD wheel and spindle. Otherwise you'll need two 3.5mm spacers for the wheel and for the disks/calipers. Where are you? If you're midlands I've got a 'Spare' SRAD wheel you could try for fit. Druid
