It seems Northy was intending second man drop off, but a few people, including me and at at least a couple of the other SV Ecosse guys who took over marking, and obviously quite a few riders, misunderstood that.

AR10 was my 1st rideout and i loved being part of the big crowd. Hope to see u there Phil

I was at AR10 Phil, I managed 20 miles or so before turning back as my shoulder felt like I had a Rambo knife stuck in it
I still wasn't keen then tbh, too long winded for fuel stops etc when rides get too big.
The AR for me is more socialising.

It's damned obvious what the problems were, if there ever were any problems... It's all because Bear didn't do the pre ride-out briefing.

I think I have to do the ride so I'm not cabbaged 2 nights running lol

This years AR was my first and I didn't enjoy the ride too much, I cabbaged out early and went back to the site. No reflection on the rideout, it was just not suited to me.
