Some great tabs now for the money - take a look on amazon for natpc teammate brought one to work thought it would be tosh but actually very good. His was 4gb storage for 105 quid they now give 16gb for same price so I'm told and its google market compatible etc

On the Arcnos 101 you can install the app market from apslib .
You tube shows you how so might work for yours ?

Bought a tabtronic m009s for £90 from Amazon. Spec looked good and i have to say im impressed with the performance. Runs everything ive rhrown at it.
