don't bother with a box, straight in the ground. Not a hole we're digging, just a ditch near a local dogging hot spot

if its just a slow puncture and the tyre doesnt look damaged just stick some puncture safe in it.ALWAYS works for me safe to a 150mph and will last the life of the tyre, and will once fitted not put tyre out of balance and is easy to clean up when you change the tyre,i always keep some on the shelf, can be used to prevent a puncture, but i only normally add it once i have a flat, but thats down to a cost thing as i have several tyres to look after

Havent read the whole thread mate so this might be a bit too late but after alot of searching Nick Robinson's seem to be the only place nearby that do puncture repairs. Micheldever tyres told me they'd repair it if it was a michelin.

Simon I really think the time has come to accept that this bike is a waste of time and upgrade to something more suited to your budget and riding ability.
So how about one of these...

Clare, I have never bent a girl over my knee and spanked her after only a few hours in her company, but you're likely to be the first.

50 Shades from what I understand is very badly written. I bet most of those women reading it on the beach this summer have never picked up a copy of Juliette by the Marquis de Sade. Did you know that the Sh! store have seen something like an 800% increase in sales of spanking paddles this year.
