I think they're OK. It's a contrast with the black and not so 'in your face'.

I don't love her like I did my SVS. She's just not as pretty. But as a commuter, has a slightly more comfortable ride. Even taking the seat into consideration. As it is pretty much the same engine as my old sv650s it feels the same to me on the road and is even a bit smoother at low speeds in my opinion. I love having the Abs reassurance as well. I just wish I could have waited to get the new Sv. I know it is pretty similar to the glad but it has a nicer lines and some cool touches. And of course the Sv name.

well those little touches will really improve a daily commute... The new sv looks stunning, but it wouldn't improve your commute I imagine. I've got an early svs and absolutely love it! Same as your glad, black with black frame. Can't get enough of it ��
