i think they are have some instant gasket on something on them although im not sure,
gently clamp it in the vice and give it a tug see if it will move at all EDIT put a rag around it so you don't scratch it |

strange, got a heat gun? try heating it up then try it in the vice and tugging it again, thats what i did with the baffle and it slid right out
if that fails wait for yorkie_chris his is a fuel can |

ok job done now mold grips clamped round inlet then put tube through exhaust and hit them it came out

you got it lol, maybe im not as bad at explaining stuff as i first thought! N.b. i has someone hold the exhaust but you could always clamp it into vice to keep it steady!
