Absolutely not!!! there`s quite a significant difference. My first bike was a CBR F..... way too heavy for me and way to big. I had it lowered but still rode on tip toes which meant that the bike was always over balancing and being dropped. Wasn`t a problem riding it... just stopping! I wasn`t able to turn it around by sitting on it and pushing with my feet, I`d have to get off it and drag the mamma round to point it in the right direction.

I then had a fazer but only for a short time as I didn`t like it that much. The SV was the answer to my dreams. Is considerably lighter and I can push it around whilst sat on it. After coming off the CBR I had major confidence issues and I doubt I`d have ever got back on a bike until someone suggested having a look at the SV.

Liking the epic post. I think badgers might be contagious. But leaving the bike unused over winter? Thats crazy talk.

I stand corrected, Graciepants is correct.

I'm glad I don't have one of those CBRs then. I think the SV was and is still a bit heavy for me and the seat's too fat to get my feet flat down so I didn't push it round sat on the bike. Also most of my body weight was used to try muscle the damn thing through corners. I could never work out what the SV's brakes were telling me either. Then again when I first rode the SV I had bags of confidence in it, I thought it was great.

I'm sure there'll be a CBR-RR at the ar esp. if you ask for one I'm sure someone will hear your call.
Rigor might turn up to the AR and he has a very nice white and black CBR600-RR.

What's the legalities of letting someone with a restricted license on a full powered supersports? Private road needed, I guess.

Probably end up being on the riders license, I doubt the owner would get much comeback.
