It's not even very warm yet!!

If your bike is your only means of transport and you ride in all weathers okay but I have alternative transport for the bad weather
It is the generalisation of the thread title that is a bit unfair on people who don't ride in the winter so please don't tar us all with the same brush.
yeah but yer old, and thats a whole different arguement altogether, you are exempt from the summer rider category...

Im fed up with seeing all the bad press in the papers about 'hoodies' I own several hoody's and feel I am being unfairly represented in the media, I rarely beat up pensioners or harass people on the street. So what if I want to wear a garment that keeps my head warm and dry, enough with the stereotypes!

Well so far we have berated Chavs, age, power ranger types, white van man, black man, Bmw man and Volvo man with Taxi drivers for good measure, don't forget to slag off truck drivers, plus the most hateful of all,the non tax and insurance paying cyclists.
Its just a pity they are not as good as us perfect motorbike riders

P.S. Horses and their droppings

Worst of all spoiling young girls dreams.

I used to ride all year round regardless of the weather. Now I hardly use my bike. I admit a lot of that is down to comuting over 140 miles a day and it's too expensive doing it on the bike but have also got used to taking the car if its cold or wet outside.

I am a fair weather rider and don't care.
