Really sorry to you guys for bailing from the ride home.....the tendons in my left hand were really hurting on the way down...they eased once we'd stopped at slightly sunny Hunny. But a few minutes up the road and they were playing up again.......feel like I've let you guys down after agreeing to the scenic route home.

Always great to ride with you guys, my riding skills just keep getting better and better and as for my lunging....well my wife's in for real a treat tonight.

I'm sure I overheard Sean saying that he was going to organise the next one..........have you picked a date for it yet?
You silly bugger.......you didn't bail on us.................we took the scenic route anyway and if you were hurting, you were hurting!

Not sure how your wife will react to the lunging though

Good point BBD.................Sean.................when's the next one?

Well, that was an infuriating ride home to say the least. After we all started up at the station, I had a hard time getting it running, then we pulled out and I had no power.. Rode all the way from the petrol station to home on 1 cylinder, grrrrr! 60mph top speed, pulling away was interesting, as was sitting at traffic lights. Blocks!
Thats what I was trying to say to you soulkiss

Thanks everyone for a great day out, it was good to see familiar faces and to meet some new ones

As for organising another, I'll sort the route, but I'm not leading it

Bloody weather.. I'm knackered

Overcooked a tight roundabout, managed to keep it straight and upright, but the roundabout tightened from the road onto it, lesson learnt.

I've seen people straightline a roundabout but I think you were taking it a bit too far mike

I did think to myself today Keith how much you have improved since the first time we went out - good job!

I guess we could always try a variation of the route that I did last year - but cross our fingers for some better weather!

Apart from an interesting ride home, a bloody brilliant day.

Thanks to everyone for turning up and adding to the fun, and I hope the newbies will join us again.

Special thanks to Tilt for running as TEC all day, BigBadDad for leading part of the route, and all the markers, especially Skip.

Finally, big up to Soulkiss for travelling so far for this one!

Don't know who that was ....but it was forward facing on the opposite side of the road...so no worries there......think you need a fender extender too.

Cheers Skip.......I'm pleased someone noticed , I think the more I ride and the more I ride with experienced guys like you lot, the more I learn........still very green though.

And Pete, I feel bad about saying one thing then doing something different.

I hope I've sorted this leak before Seans ride out......I think I've got about 4 weeks, right Sean?...don't worry I'll do one a bit later in the year........and I'll think we might end up at Sunny Hunny via the route we took today.....some road that.

And what happened to the photo's?
