I agree with withToypop, my 6R is ecconomical if you are not raging it all over, and i find the seat more comfy. the Pillion aspect, well if they are light then yes as its wafer thin. |

Oh, and I had to sit on the pillion seat to get any wind protection. Oh, and maybe get a Sprint ST? Last edited by chakraist; 25-02-08 at 08:40 PM. |

SV robo, I quite fancy a wee-strom (strange I know) especially as I commute thru the winter. How do you find the straight line performance compared to a pointy? I am not a speed freak, but I wouldn't like too much less oomph.

I would've liked an SS600, before I had my off, but now I'm not so sure - Supermoto? or just keep the SV?

The most I've had out of my tank was 235 miles. They dont seem that much slower than a SV I normally ride home from work with my mate who has a curvey and there dont seem to be much difference between them. The DL is a slightly bigger bike and does have thinner tyres but it still leans nicely. Good upright riding postion.

xt660r or x?
R will be even cheaper to buy and run than the x. No expensive fat tyres. No expensive double discs at the front. Good mpg. Good finish. Comfy. Single pot. Cheap insurance. 6000mile service intervals. Workmate has one as a hack to keep his gayblade good. 2 winters on and it still is in VGC. More fun than an SV though? |
