Thanks for the feedback. I was hoping to not have to crack open the clutch, but gotta do what I gotta do. At least this gives me a project for the weekend coming (rather be riding).
I did adjust the screw on the worm drive several times as per the SV Manual's clutch adjustment section. It looks like I've gone through all the 'simple' options. Thanks again for the help. Great to have a good group of minds to throw this problem to. Ashton |

UPDATE:
Had a look inside the clutch today and everything in there was to spec. Nothing warped or damaged (go figure). Put it all back together, cleaned and re-greased the worm drive and push rod. Made the necessary adjustments and voila! Problem seems to have disappeared. WooHOO! -ashton |
