Just means that you can guarantee a smooth recoding (apart from the vibes from the bike etc!). I'm sure you could have good recordings from AV but if I'm buying for this purpose oly then I'll buy the best I can afford to get the best results I possibly can.

So basically what you,re saying is that the images will be better quality from the HQ-1 but that the, recording/recoding ? will be better achieved using a dig vid cam ?
