As far as I know both the SVS and SVN master cylinders are both Nissin 5/8" bore items. Provided both are in good nick, I doubt you'd feel a difference between them, which is a good thing

I can confirm the SVN is 5/8" as it says so on the one in my garage

Haven't quite figured out what the advantage of a radial is, from a hydraulics perspective so long as the force (i.e leverage) and piston area are the same then you'll get the same braking. Except for a better quality item being smoother in its action I don't know what the effect is.

I know I'd rather have a good quality axial than a crap radial though

Can anyone else elaborate?

What is the OEM bore and ratio on a Curvy SV chaps?
