Glad you got it OK. I havn't a scooby on what settings etc, maybe post up a thread about it - there's plenty of folk on here who have fitted one.

Set the damping controls the 'mid point' (i.e. not adjusted) then set the static sag (search on sag for extensive coverage) so that the bike rides at the right height for you. This was enough for me, I'm not a good enough rider to say how to twiddle the damping settings.

I bought a Hagon instead

TBH, it's the second ZX10 shock I've bought, and never got around to fitting and the shocks just been in the way.
