Oh right. I must be thinking of something else then.
The vapor is a nice little unit- have you got the idiot light surround? |

The only downside I'm aware of is that you lose the ability of fault diagnosis. But all the original wiring is intact so I could plug it in if need be.
I was tempted with the idiot lights but decided they weren't necessary, I have however installed neutral and oil pressure indication LEDs. |

I keep meaning to wire up an oil pressure LED.. not sure I need it, oil is checked every time I ride the bike and it's a well maintained bike. I wired up neutral, high beam, high reserve and indicators. Also a posh LED for low reserve..

Ha Ha! A posh one, I like it!
I wonder if its possible to put one in for the pointys fuel level? Hmm... |

I found that the two signals for high and low went into the clocks separately, but operated one light, solid and blinkered (I can't remember which way round). So I wired up the reserve light for the vapor as the high reserve and the posh LED as low reserve.
Luckily I wired them the right way round, otherwise I would've had to rewire them! |
