I've told you how to do it

If you want more info then I'll check colours in wiring diagram in the morra.

IIRC theres a grey one and a pink one, ignore them. Red and orange are main live that need putting to some sort of switch. The black/white and the final wire need a resistor between them.

ryt so the conector that comes out of the loom that the barrel plugs into ther will be a red and orange thats the ones that i would need 2 route up 2 the switch gear if that wot i want 2 wire it 2 or a seprate switch even.

then the other 2 wire need some sort of resistor in them or something???

cheers.

I need to look at a wiring diagram before I answer that, I don't know how much current the running circuits draw.

Right... looking at the wiring diagram in haynes, it appears that the handlebar switch only runs the coils + fuel pump. ECU system has it's own fuse which appears to always be live (when ignition on)

So... I have no idea whether the handlebar switch will handle the current draw of both ignition and fuelling.

If you want to do this, then run the fuel system on a relay to be on the safe side... or try it and see what happens, but don't cry to me if it burns the handlebar switch out.

p.s I'm never making a wiring loom for a pointy
