BTGS exSyntegra for me. Luckily I never go anywhere near actual retail customers.
Is it a technical or an accounting issue you have?

Sorry, I can't help with accounting issues and actually I'm a victim of them myself. Main probelm is they are currently changing the core billing engine and at the moment some customers are on one, some on the other and not all staff are trained on both so doubtless you've been stuck in the "I'll get someone to call you back" loop.
If it's been going on for a while (more than 10 calls ) then demand an escalation to the exec complaints office. Typically you then get resolved rather than passed around. Problem is most agents can only do one job and if you are in anyway non-standard it all goes a bit pear-shaped at the moment. Also ask for all your bills to be suspended while they resolve your problem. This will stop your account going red and your credit rating potentially being impacted. Good luck.....
