Is it version 6 or 7 as when I look at it in version 6 it just lets me print it full size.

errrrrr ok im starting to question just how dumb I am, its a work pc im on dont know what version explorer is.....i right click on the explorer icon..click properties but can see anywhere in any of the tabs that says what version it is

Yes... then there is a need to master the postal service... it could get complicated.
What if it get damaged or lost, it would be annoying waiting around for another.

Right, open up paint... its in programs, accessories...

Then once open select File -> open and paste in this address...

It will pull down the image and open it, now if you then select -> file -> print preview you should find it looks right.

Use the full address not the shortened version above... click it and copy it out of the address if you need to.
