Just haveing trouble geting the airbox back on now Won't seem to press down enough over the rear carb.

That can be fiddly... I leave the back rubber thing on the carb, then fit it at the front, then push the airbox onto the rubber.

Putting the airbox on right is important as it affects the mixture if its not right. Its easier if you take out the airfilter so you can see the rubber seals. You need to ensure the lip comes up into the airbox on each carb and I use a screwdriver to ease the seals over the edge of the airbox.
Hard to describe but fairly obvious when you do it.

Yup. One of my favourite 1337 SV inventions is the wee spacer I fitted between the airbox and tank- it pushes the airbox down preventing it from coming off, and also stops me from stupidly putting hte tank down and bolting it all up if I've not got the airbox or carbs sitting right. I am a tuning god.

Alternatively you could just hit the whole thing repeatedly, very hard, with a hammer...

... the Carbs will come off eventually. Time required entirely dependant on the amount of force used.

Oooohhhh - you want it to still work afterwards.
