Have you checked the connections to the battery? Falling over might have tugged one a bit loose, which means it is fine for low current items such as lights / horn but cannot handle the high current of starting. If all connections good, try jump starting it while you have the battery exposed - if it starts, take it for a good ride to charge the battery (at least 30 mins with revs over 2000). When you are at a good spot or home after your charging ride, switch off and re-start, if it fails it suggests the battery may be at fault so go get it tested.
