Ok chaps ive decided to keep the can and could anyone advise the best way of fitting it?

Can i just hacksaw the end off? and how long do you think it will take? After seeing yorkie chris's can i knew i had to get one

To fit it to the bike you need to cut the link pipe 45mm-50mm away from the weld nearest the footpeg...

i cut it at 65mm just incase and its a perfect fit even the strap lines up with the existing marks.

Its just soo bloody loud!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I SAID ITS LOUD!!!!!!!!! HELLO.... CAN YOU HEAR ME?

just going for a spin in a mo but its bloody windy

yup. after seeing how cool yorkie chris's looked with a stubby thats my plan. wait till it blows its self to bits then cut the end off

now ive seen something mentioned about repacking exhausts? whats all that about? Also ill be after a fiendly mot tester so feel free to pm me

Mine passed MOT at the place in town. I take a few SV's to him, has his head screwed on right.

Comment recieved after test "sounds alright ... needs some back pads soon though..."

Exhausts have a glass temp packing in them to help silencing....

Don't use the white "fluffy" fibreglass packing material. Lasted about 10 minutes in mine...

The writeup makes it sounds so easy

Ok doesnt look too bad. think i will leave it till the summer tho. Seems like a nice thing to do on a warm sat afto.

Been for a ride. WOW LOVE IT! only problem is people are allways looking at me now. tunnels are ace although i promise i didnt go through that one in elland 5 times, honest.

Lol did you hear mine? Ace for scaring pedestrians, especially at lecture-change-over time going past the uni. Only ever on both wheels though mi'lord.
